Modern Rammed Earth Home

    I have long admired rammed earth houses for their sustainability and their beauty. The area I live in is rather humid and receives good rainfall. Would a rammed earth house be practical in such conditions?

    It is possible to adapt rammed earth to those conditions with the appropriate admixtures and cement content, but it certainly is best done by someone with experience in those specific conditions.
